XM-ONE^® is a CE-marked and FDA registered flow cytometry crossmatch test using isolated donor endothelial cells. Each kit contains all the components needed for 4 donor cell isolations. Multiple recipient sera can be tested against each donor. The CE-marked kit also includes CD3 and CD19 antibodies for T and/or B-cell crossmatching.
