Collect blood from the donor candidate for preparation of cells in 4 of the Vacutainer® CPT Tubes.
Note: The Vacutainer® CPT Tubes should be at +18-25°C when used.
Alternatively: If blood is drawn elsewhere in other tubes than CPT; transfer the blood to the CPT tubes and continue according to the instruction.
Do not use EDTA tubes for blood collection as EDTA interferes with the isolation of cells.
